6. What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructig this product?

When doing the research part of my coursework I used the internet to search for other magazines.

For the production of my magazine I used different forms of technology.
For the planning stage of my coursework I used a digital camera, I tried taking pictures from many different angles to find which one would be best for my magazine, including low angles and high angles and birds view angles. Using a digital camera allowed me to use things like a flash and zoom; this helped to achieve higher quality pictures for my magazine.

Some of the work I did was on the college computer and some was on my laptop at home, I needed to use a memory stick to transfer work from one to the other.

.

Once I had taken the photos for my magazine I needed to edit them, to ensure they were the best quality I learnt how to use Adobe Photoshop. However when editing my images for the preliminary task I used Adobe InDesign.

Once my work was done I needed to create a blog account to put it on. I did this by using Blogger.
To get my work on to my blog I uploaded it using Slideshare. A lot of the things I needed to upload were PowerPoint’s which was useful because they were easy to upload using this.
